At Pexlyape, we keep shipping straightforward and reliable. Because most of our furniture is handcrafted from solid wood, every parcel gets extra protection and travels with services experienced in moving bulky home goods. From checkout to doorstep, you can expect a clear price, a realistic timeline, and careful handling.

Where We Ship

We currently deliver to the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or certain remote territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and select outlying island regions in Europe and Australia). A residential or commercial street address is required to ensure proper handling of solid-wood pieces.

Carriers We Use

Service selection depends on destination, dimensions/weight, and network capacity. Typical options include UPS (Ground, 3 Day Select, Worldwide), FedEx (Ground, Home Delivery, International), USPS for select small U.S. parcels, and DHL Express for international shipments.

Shipping Costs (USD)

We use simple regional flat rates with free shipping above a posted threshold. The exact cost appears at checkout before payment—no surprise delivery fees afterward.

  • United States: $30 flat rate, free from $800

  • Europe & United Kingdom: $50 flat rate, free from $900

  • Canada & Australia: $55 flat rate, free from $1,000

Taxes and Duties

The amount shown at checkout—your product price plus any flat shipping fee—is the only amount you pay to Pexlyape. For international orders, we cover import duties, VAT, and customs processing, so couriers should not collect additional fees at delivery.

Processing and Delivery Times

Orders typically move to final inspection and packing within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST usually start processing the same business day; later orders begin the next business day.

Estimated transit times after dispatch:

  • United States: ~5–6 business days

  • Europe & United Kingdom (FR/DE/ES/IT/BE/PT): ~6–8 business days

  • Canada & Australia: ~7–10 business days

International shipments may require additional time for customs clearance.

Furniture Shipping and Assembly

Solid-wood furniture is substantial. To protect the work and make it easier to move, many items ship partially disassembled. Every order includes an illustrated step-by-step guide, and most include basic tools. Most customers complete setup in 20–30 minutes. Prefer hands-on help? We can recommend third-party assembly services in major cities across the U.S., Europe, Canada, and Australia (fees are separate from standard shipping).

Tracking Your Order

When your order leaves our workshop and showroom at 3600 South St, South Chesterfield, VA 23803, we’ll email a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s page. Tracking updates can take 24–72 hours, particularly for international routes awaiting customs scans.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • Damage on arrival: Contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or a short video showing both the packaging and the affected areas. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

  • Suspected loss in transit: If the package hasn’t arrived within 14 business days of dispatch or tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, reach out. We’ll investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

Order Changes and Cancellations

You may cancel any order that has not yet entered processing or shipped—please notify us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order is processed and handed to the carrier, cancellation is unavailable. After delivery, you can use our Return & Refund Policy. For international shipments, cancellation isn’t available once the order has cleared customs.
